Arcadis plans to deploy a team of around 60 specialists, potentially scaling up to over 100, leveraging the power of AI-enabled processes and cutting-edge digital tools. They'll be drawing on their Global Excellence Centres and deep multidisciplinary design expertise to deliver consistently high-quality results.

By simplifying project delivery and promoting replication of successful designs, Arcadis intends to help Shell achieve better quality, greater efficiency, and enhanced flexibility across its global operations. For example, a successful office design in London could be easily adapted and implemented in Singapore or Houston, maintaining a consistent brand experience and operational efficiency.
This new contract isn't happening in a vacuum.
